TIMELAPSE STUDIOS IS AVAILABLE FOR MUSIC VIDEOS, SHORT FILMS, PRIVATE EVENTS OR CAN BE USED FOR ANY CREATIVE PLATFORM. YOUR TICKET GRANTS YOU ENTRY TO OUR 20+ THEMED SETS AND BACKDROPS, FOR 1 HOUR. WALK THROUGH THE SPACE AND EXPLORE A NEW WORLD IN EACH ROOM! TAKE AS MANY PHOTOS AS YOU'D LIKE, AND BE SURE TO SHARE THEM ON SOCIAL MEDIA!

Can I refund or exchange my tickets?
Tickets are nonrefundable but can be exchanged prior to 24 hours of your scheduled arrival time.
Do you take cash?
No, we are a cashless establishment.
There are three reasons for this:
1. It's good for the environment.
2. Faster to check people in.
3. Safer for our employees.
What should I bring with me?
Your phone or camera, a smile and great energy? There is no room for storage so we suggest leaving bulky items like jackets or oversized bags in your car.
Are photographers allowed?
Yes, they must also purchase a ticket for entrance. However, additional lighting equipment is not permitted unless a private shoot has been booked.

How do I get tickets?
You can buy tickets online or at the door.

Are you kid friendly?
Of course we are! We are a family friendly attraction!However we are not a daycare so all children under 12 must be accompanied by adult at all times.
Are food & beverages allowed inside?
Please finish and discard all food and drinks before entering the building.
Can I bring my pet?
Animals are great selfie companions, but unless your animal is a registered guide animal, your fuzzy pal has to stay home.
Are you wheelchair accessible?
Yes we are!
